TERRACES AND VIEWS 
The new Smichov School is part of a major intervention aimed at transforming an entire area used as a railway station in a modern and sustainable neighborhood. The intent of the project proposal is to create spaces that overlook the city and the surrounding greenery and at the same time to bring these elements into the school through the creation of aggregation spaces such as the square and the greenhouse. Given the exiguousness of the external spaces of the school the project idea is to increase them and to do this they have created green terraces that serve as educational gardens and it was decided to place the athletics track crowning the building so as to become also a panoramic terrace on the city of Prague
